We constantly look towards emerging technology and are now applying new European ranges of spray polyurea coatings and single-ply roofing membranes. We also carry out concrete repair works, specialist coatings application, resin injection and gas membrane systems.
We have a highly skilled design team and associated services taking a design from concept to completion. We currently have £10 million Professional Indemnity cover for design.

We are members of the Property Care Association, National Federation of Roofing Contractors, British Geomembrane Association, Basement Waterproofing Association and Constructionline.
RIBA CPD
Regulatory and NHBC requirements often insist on a CSSW qualified waterproofing specialist being included on the design team. Site Sealants carries full PI for design, allowing it to offer unbiased design solutions including site specific CAD details, NBS specification clauses, qualified installers and an insurance backed guarantee.
