On this award-winning site, Site Sealants Ltd acted as a specialised contractor to carry out structural waterproofing on a split-level foundation with backfilled ‘in situ’ concrete retaining walls.
Using Grace Construction Products Preprufe 160R to completely wrap the floor slabs and the retaining walls, Adcor 500S was used in all the construction joints, and Bituthene LM was used to seal the Preprufe to the tops of the wallhead.
In a few houses there was a requirement to wrap internal foundations and this problem was overcome by the use of Bituthene 8000 and Bituthene LM. The job was signed off and a 10-year installation warranty was granted.
