Site Sealants Ltd acted as a specialised contractor to carry out structural waterproofing to an earth retaining wall and a trafficked deck area. For the retaining wall we used Bituthene 8000 and Bituthene LM to seal the top and bottom of the retaining wall. This was then protected by a Hydroduct 220 drainage sheet leading to a field drain, thus making the design compliant with BS8102:1990. The decked area was then sprayed with Procor 75,  a spray applied, synthetic rubber, liquid waterproofing system. This was protected by a 3mm Servidek protection board taped and sealed at all edges and joins in order to protect the waterproofing membrane. The job was then signed off and a 10-year installation warranty was granted.
