Site Sealants Ltd acted as a specialised contractor to carry out structural waterproofing to an underground car park where modern townhouses / flats were to be erected. In this project we chose to use Procor 75, a spray applied two-component, synthetic rubber, liquid waterproofing membrane. This was protected by a 3mm Servidek protection board taped and sealed at all edges and joins in order to protect the waterproofing membrane. The contract was then signed off and a 10-year installation warranty was granted.
