Site Sealants Ltd acted as specialist contractors to carry out structural waterproofing on stepped foundation houses with blockwork earth retaining walls. The system specification was for Preprufe 160R under the floor slab, Procor 75 spray-applied onto the retaining wall, followed by a Bituthene LM which was used to join the two parts of the system and form a cavity tray at the top side of the retaining wall. A Hydroduct 220 drainage sheet was then applied  to the Procor 75 leading down to a field drain thus making the system compliant with BS8102:1990.
