Site Sealants Ltd acted as specialist contractors to carry out remedial repairs after the initial tanking works failed at the wall/floor junction. For this we chose - with advice from Sika Ltd - a waterproofing system to the internal walls and floor junction; this consisted of Sika Injection-201 to the wall/floor joint, a Sikadur 31 epoxy bonding bridge, Sika 1 Pre-bagged Mortar System to the walls, Sika 1 Pre-bagged Floor Screed to the floor and a Sikaflex 11FC to facilitate the application of a dry lining system. The job was signed off by Sika Ltd and a 10 year installation warranty was granted.
