PH Matts, Townhead, Rothesay

Site Sealants Ltd acted as a specialised contractor to carry out structural waterproofing to two newbuild houses in the picturesque island of Rothesay. On this project we chose to use Preprufe 160R under the floor slab and under the retaining wall foundation. To this we then “tanked” the retaining wall with Procor 75 and Bituthene 8000, sealing all terminations and entries to the building with Bituthene LM. This job is still under construction but on completion it will be signed off and a 10 year installation warranty will be granted.
